Emerald Pointe RV Resort

We recently purchased in Emerald Pointe this past August. So far everyone we have met has been very welcoming and friendly. This is a close knit community and seems to have a ton of activities for its residents to enjoy. This place is stunningly clean, maintained and esthetically pleasing. Once we drove through the gates and drove around to view the community and the amenities, we were hooked! From a beautiful clubhouse and pool area, to the large dog walk/park area, to how everyone takes pride in their homes and lots. It was also very nice dealing with Dan (President) and Katie (Comptroller) to help us get moved in and acclimated. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience and are so grateful to be a part of this incredible place.

We love Emerald Pointe. Friendly neighbors, clean, safe environment. Especially enjoy the water aerobics in the pool on weekday mornings!

We looked for 5 years to find our perfect forever retirement home. We wanted a gated community that was large enough to offer amenities like a beautiful swimming pool, Whirlpool spa, clubhouse, etc. but not so large that there wouldn't be a real sense of community in the resort. Emerald Pointe delivered on all of these, and we purchased an RV port here. It allows us a place to dock our class A motorhome, plus we have $1, 000 ft² of on-site living space. It's the perfect home base for us that allows us to travel and have a home to return to. We love the community and the people here. The other owners truly care about the resort, it is well cared for and maintained, and immaculately clean. Looking back, we wouldn't have done anything differently!

This is a beautiful 55 plus RV Resort! The properties are deeded lots, low HOA fees and many great amenities! This is a definite must see park if you are looking to rent or buy! Great location easy to get to Gulf beaches and Disney World!

Very welcoming and friendly community. The park is very well maintained, partly by the community, which reduces costs considerably. Close to many golf courses. Lots of activities and events. Nice clubhouse, pool and terrace !
