Five Stars Aren’t Enough for The NASWA Resort I recently attended a conference in Meredith and, at the last minute, booked a stay at The NASWA Resort directly. I only wish I could have stayed longer. From the moment I arrived, the entire team—from the front desk to the servers and bartenders—was incredible. My room overlooked the lake, the view was stunning, and the food… exceptional. One night I ordered a shrimp cocktail, and I swear the shrimp could have been baby lobsters—they were that big and delicious. What really stayed with me, though, was a quiet evening when I found myself sitting at the empty bar. I noticed the waitstaff bringing out plates of exquisite desserts while the owner carefully photographed each one for Instagram. She shared that her mother used to make those same de

We were traveling with a bus trip tour. The staff were excellent! My husband became ill overnight and we remained at the resort the next day while the rest of the group toured. They were aware of our presence and made sure we had breakfast and lunch and changed our menu for dinner. Anything we needed, they were willing to help! Truly personal service!

My wife and I got married on Saturday 10.4.25 and Sunday decided let’s drive to New Hampshire and spend the night. We decided to come to Naswa and it was the most incredible experience ever. We arrived at 6:10 pm. Check in was so easy and the staff was so nice. It got mentioned that we just got married yesterday and what the resort did in less then 45 minutes for us was amazing. We made a reservation for 7pm and when they brought us to our table they had it decorated! The display of dinner was amazing, and the owner even gave us champagne on the house! While at dinner they came to room and made a special touch! This is by far the best experience, better than we could have imagined and can’t wait to come back! The food was also amazing!

We needed a last minute place to stay and the NASWA had available rooms. I wasn't expecting much since the rate was reasonable, but wow, what a great place! Super clean room & bathroom with a balcony overlooking the water, beach, and beach bar below. Every staff member was professional and friendly, and truly seemed like they were happy we were there. Food, drink and service were all outstanding at the Blue Bistro, can't wait to return when the weather is warmer so we can try the NazBar beach bar & grill. This is now my favorite place on Winni, we will be back! Thank you to everyone at NASWA for being so great!

My stay at the Naswa was somewhat underwhelming. It was off season, which came with the benefit of being quiet, but at the cost of ammenities. Dining was closed the night I arrived and the options in the area were slim, to say the least. I did not end up eating at either of the on-site restaurants the second day as the Blue Bistro seemed to be overpriced for the expected quality and the Nazbar did not have a menu available online. Staff was somewhat rude upon check-in and my request to use the kayaks was treated like an imposition for them. They claimed to know nothing about the free kayak rental and denied it existed, despite the website saying it did, and only when I showed them my room key did they offer any help.
