Half Moon Motel & Cottages

Great location. Bed was uncomfortable and couldn't get any sleep and the shower probably took a good 5 minutes before the water started getting hot. Only outlet was behind the couch. I'll maybe try one of the cottages to give this place a 2nd chance in the future because I do love the view. The motel room was incredibly disappointing though

My husband I went up to The Outlaw Music Festival and stayed at Half Moon. I was too late in getting a cottage (but will next time!). The motel was clean and reasonably priced. The staff pleasant. Would stay again - perfect view of the lake.

We have stayed in the 2 room cottage for the past 3 years with our 2 children both under 7. The view is fantastic, the location cant be beat and the pool is great. The cottages are a bit dated and starting to show their age, but they are extremely clean and we had no issues at all with hot water in the shower or to wash dishes in the kitchen sink. I read some reviews with complaints regarding street noise from Tower street and Lakeside ave, those are absurd complaints. It cannot be controlled by the owners of the property nor should affect the review of the rental property. If you dont want to hear street noise you probably shouldn't be staying in a hotel right in the middle of one of the busiest areas of town. Anyway, I am looking forward to staying next year again with my family. T

Absolutely amazing service and staff, especially Kathy and Steve!! Room was great, and the place is right opposite to the weirs beach.10/10, would definitely visit again.
