The Mauian Hotel

Such a beautiful place. It’s a pretty established place, the people who work there are absolutely delightful! Shoutout to Don and Martha! It’s riiiiiiight by the beach, you couldn’t ask for a better location. There’s a snorkel bob right nearby to rent snorkelling gear, a really nice restaurant - Sea House, nearby. All a 5 min walk away (through the beach!) The room has a kitchenette with all the amenities - cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, even a blender! The provide you with fresh towels everyday, They had everything you needed to have a fun beach day, they gave you beach towels, a coverup, they even provide you with beach chairs I really enjoyed my stay, Would highly recommend

My husband and I stayed for a week here, and for the most part everything was wonderful. Enough supplies for us to make meals, and good, quiet air conditioning, along with a comfortable bed. Lovely balcony and incredible garden, where we could listen to the waves on the fabulous sandy beach nearby. The only problem we had was the family below our unit, who were travelling with a toddler that screamed a lot. We went on holiday to relax from our very stressful jobs, and for the entire week we had to listen to sporadic squalling. However that is not the hotel's fault. Next time we will ask not to be placed so close to a young family!

We arrived at The Mauian Hotel on December 12th and were thrilled with the quick check in process, since we had prepaid, the desk attendant was ready to give us our room code and wi-fi information. Out of nowhere appeared THE most helpful and friendly Security person, who must double as the Concierge and Island information guide. Don was fantastic and helped us out several times over our stay. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the pool and Don kindly took all of our bags up the stairs and in to our room. We were so thankful for him since my husband has two knee replacements, we could have done it but "Don to the rescue" . At Don's suggestion we ate at Sea House twice during our stay, it's a quick 5 minute walk next door. The service and food were outstanding and the view...un

Positive: It had character in the best way. It wasn’t the standard chain hotel. It was cute & reminded me of a mom and pop run place. The staff were super great- we arrived late & it was pouring rain- they met us at the car with a huge umbrella. Super clean grounds Negative: Small room and wasn’t expecting no tv- but actually kinda liked that.

We had another great experience at The Mauian Hotel. Everything about our stay was wonderful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the staff. The security team was exceptional — the gentleman who works at night and the one in the morning were both extremely kind, attentive, and made us feel safe and welcomed at all times. Their presence truly added to the comfort of our stay. The housekeeping crew was absolutely the best. They went above and beyond every single day, and their attention to detail and genuine care made our experience extra special and honestly unbelievable. This hotel continues to exceed our expectations, and it’s the people who make it so special. We can’t wait to come back again.
