Napili Surf Beach Resort

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable (I think every hotel along Napili seems fabulous). The kitchen is very generously sized, the space was clean and comfortable, and we made good use of the beach chairs and our lanai. I didn’t get to choose my floor at booking so we lucked out with 2nd floor so were able to sleep with the sliders open. Would definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful family vacation filled with lots to do. Beautiful Napili beach, several road trips and hikes, delicious food, and a fantastic luau at the Old Lahaina luau.||We enjoyed our stay at Napili Surf Beach Resort. Loved that it wasn't a big and busy high rise. The location was excellent as was the beach. We would stay here again. :)

Napili Surf Beach Resort was serene, peaceful and beautiful. The attention to detail by staff was apparent in cleanliness, amenities and landscape within and around the resort. Our room had a lovely view of the courtyard as well as the ocean. The ocean with beach and opportunity for snorkeling, sun bathing, walking, swimming was ideal for our family. It was my first stay and I loved it. I have already recommended this location and would love to return here again soon. Thank you Napili staff.

This hotel is in a gorgeous location! We loved the views of the bay. The rooms were also relatively well appointed and we found the bed comfortable. The Wednesday morning yoga outdoor yoga and Friday breakfast were also a very nice touch. And now for the bad: we had the most APPALLINGLY BAD SERVICE FROM JACKIE at the front desk. I truly have not been treated this rudely at any hotel in my 3.5 decades of travel around the world. I have no idea how it’s possible that such treatment is tolerated. Management - please look into this! She was so hostile I truly felt scared to stay there / run into her throughout our stay. We were on our honeymoon and this was a tragically black spot on our trip (by far the low point of our week).
