Staff was very welcoming and helpful in helping me rebook another night because flights were canceled due to weather. Front desk went out of their way to provide me with a bag of ice for an ice bath after my half marathon. Roof top bar is amazing, though it was cold the ciders made up for it and great view
The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing environment from the moment you walk in, the concierge/front desk was really nice. The facilities are well maintained, and both the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a quiet, uninterrupted night of sleep — something I truly value when traveling. The breakfast was very good, offering fresh and satisfying options to start the day tea- coffee, warm breakfast, cereals.... The hotel’s excellent location near the airport made travel incredibly convenient without sacrificing comfort or quiet. Overall, this hotel delivered cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a restful and well-located place to stay.
My family and I love the Hyatt Place! We come multiple times a year to enjoy the beautiful city of Charleston. The location of the Hyatt is perfect and we can easily walk to all of the sights and shops. During our last trip we had a question about our bill. The manager took an abundance of time to research our question, address it, and make sure we were completely satisfied with the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! If you are looking for a great hotel at a fair price - book at the Hyatt!
The staff was very nice and helpful. You can tell that part of the hotel is under construction, but the room looked exactly like the pictures. The rooftop bar was amazing—great food and a fun, unique experience. There were so many beers and hard ciders on tap, along with liquor and wine, plus games available to play. Breakfast the next morning was well stocked and never ran out.
Hyatt Place and Hyatt House are essentially in the same building. They are connected and share the same indoor pool. The indoor pool is large and heated, from 3 ft to 5 ft deep. Valet and front desk staff were all very nice. Room was clean and spacious. We stayed on a high floor room (slightly extra cost) with nice views, so were not bothered by the lobby construction. Yes, because of the current lobby construction at Hyatt Place, the Hyatt House lobby is being used by both hotels which makes it extra busy including breakfast, but it was not terrible. Hyatt House looked a bit nicer, cleaner, and more recently renovated (walked through Hyatt House to get to Hyatt Place).||The hotel is located close to many shops and restaurants, but it is a bit of a walk to get to historic sites, so it woul
