Its been over a month and I have yet to be reimbursed almost $500 that was charged to my card. I've called every other day with no call back, or told that its being taken care of. Same story every day! The place is a scam! Update: it is now September, they overcharged my card in April. I still havent been reimbursed and unable to speak with a manager. The manager and owner are crooks, dont waste your time with this establishment.
I did not go online to look at what they offered because i had business associates that stayed there. I called and talked to Pam at the front desk of the territorial inn and she gave me the owners number. Talked to her and was told everything was included except bedding and I was fine with that as long as I could cook and not have to eat out every night.first night there,no towels and I had to use a shirt to dry off with.Nothing to cook with or eat with like I was told.and after 5 days she finally brought some plates and bowls. No silverware or pots and pans. The next day the agreed to charge me for one week $350.00(stayed 6 days).and reimburse me for the rest of the month.$1150.00.She refuses to call me back after repeatedly calling and leaving messages for almost two weeks and being as pol
This place was nice enough to be a four but I rated a little less because I felt some things were missing. They had a kitchenette with stove, microwave refrigerator, but zero pots and pans plates or utensils so if you don’t travel carrying those items, the stove serves no purpose. The beds were not very comfortable, and there were no pillows other than the decorative pillows on the bedspread. The Internet did not work as there were just a couple cabins that had it and it didn’t reach far enough to supply us with Wi-Fi. You will need to gather your sheets and towels and remove your own trash similar to a BNB. I think the check-in process needs to be identified better because you check in down the road and not at the cabins. I know they have it in the documentation when I booked but that was
My husband and I stayed in one of the cabins for a few days. Cabins were clean and well maintained. We packed as if we were tent camping, so we were well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having a cozy cabin with a bathroom, kitchen, and AC! Close to marinas. Close to fuel and shopping. Plenty of room to park our jet skis next to the cabin and store the kayaks on the porch. Staff was very friendly. It was a perfect quiet get-away, and we would definitely stay there again.
The Lodge is a branch of the Van Hook Territorial Inn. It's beautiful cabins with all cedar inside. The parking is lacking especially if you have a boat, but we made it work. Breakfast at 6 AM at the Territorial inn is included and worth it. Great stay for a week long fishing trip.
