The Lodge At Rising Sun Casino

There is no staff on site to help with issues not even security! A woman on our floor accidentally locked herself out of her room with her 9 month old baby still inside, called security and still waiting 15 minutes latter, I had to drive to the main building to get her some help. 20 plus minutes after the first call they finally saunter into the parking lot in a golf cart. This was an emergency! Unacceptable. Also our bathroom door did not lock. Lodge was a little shabby in general. Main resort building was nice though.

First time staying in the lodge and it was actually really nice, quiet and updated. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the very short walk over to the casino

Casino has went downhill throughout the years. Need better machine and definitely upgrade the carpet. Need bartenders that don't smell! Lodge was ok, but all pool access is in complete other building so walking in bathing suit is totally out!!

Quiet and clean. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds.

Suite was so roomy, clean and beds were so comfy.
