The Lodge at Duck Creek

Such a wonderful place! The Lodge is our go to place to stay anytime we visit Duck Creek. The host is fantastic and makes everything so easy. The suites are well stocked (we’ve stayed in a few) and always clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

This pub/restaurant is owned by the same person that owns the White Horse at Easton, Suffolk. The food here is really excellent too and a slightly different menu to the White Horse. Food is exceptionally good and generous portions. We ate here twice while in Suffolk and I had a delicious thick plaice with plenty of samphire and new potatoes. My husband enjoyed a duo of pork including vegetables which he said was very tender and beautifully cooked. We also had a Sunday roast dinner and again the beef plentiful so tender and tasty with plenty of veg and Yorkshire pudding. There were other options on the menu apart from a choice of roasts. The staff are young and very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly recommend giving this a try if you are in the area.|Two excellent eating establish

What an amazing place! My husband and I took our 18 year old daughter and 6 of her friends for a weekend getaway. We ended up getting stuck in a blizzard and the owners were more than accommodating and allowed us to stay way later than check out time. Beautiful place, very welcoming and well stocked. We will definitely stay there again!

What a great place for our family vacation. Our children and grandchildren came from all over. We were able to unplug and enjoy the cool breeze, beautiful views, and all the comforts of home. All 14 of us in the Eagles Nest. I recommend this hidden gem to everyone. Very reasonably priced. Never a problem getting in and out. Key coded rooms, automatic exterior stairway lighting.

Fantastic location, and views. Reasonable pricing. Cabin is fun and memorable. Mattresses remind me of Grandma's 1990s guest room. Being visited by marmot Bob and his harem of marmotettes daily was fun. Sunsets on the upper deck, priceless. For us, stairs were minor inconvenience and got a good workout in. Would plan on coming back again. Recommendation for owner: the people in the upper rooms should be the only ones able to park up top. People on the first 3 floors should have to park on the bottom. When we're at the top and the second floor people park up top, taking all the space it makes no sense... That needs to be figured out. If you are elderly, have elderly people in your group, have knee problems, heart problems, hip problems, or lung problems... You better check what floor your
