My grandma and I stayed at The Lodge at Callaway Gardens for two nights as a halfway stop on our road trip from Kentucky to Florida, and we were so impressed! Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and attentive. Cedric and Ashley made check-in special by warmly telling us, “We’re so happy you’re here.” At the spa, Rhonda and Mikayla provided a wonderful tour and excellent service. We had dinner at Cason’s Taproom, where both Sara and Kylie took great care of us — delicious food and even better service! When we had a late-night issue with our AC, Kit quickly stepped in, moved us to a new room, helped with our luggage, and made sure we were comfortable. She truly went above and beyond. Even in the off-season, the hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a great place to go if you like throwing your money away. Their website does not provide enough information on all their hidden charges and rules. I booked a reservation for a "Romantic Getaway package" and a Valentines dinner at the Piedmont dining room and was extremely disappointed. I thought this was supposed to be an upscale establishment but they are worse than most of the other establishments I've stayed at over the years. They did not give me the credit ($125) as described in the package even when I asked about this while I was still checked in at the lodge. After I departed I was informed by the manager that I would not receive the credit because I didn't follow their protocol . They have no written details on how things work at this lodge. They are just a bunch of scamme

A very nice place to stay near Pine Mountain. I have visited Callaway Gardens many times over the years. My last visit was a long time ago and a lot has changed. On a previous visit we stayed at one of the cabins that was on property and had so much fun we researched what was available now. To our surprise, there is now a lodge and spa on property near the cabins that we previously visited. It is a beautiful large 4-story structure with a large foyer, wood beams, large windows and a lake view out the back of the hotel. There is a two-sided fireplace as you enter with a cafe on one side and check-in on the other. Check-in was easy and pleasant. The staff was friendly. Most rooms are to the right as you enter. One of the 2 elevators was broken on our visit. Our room was very nice with a b

I would like for everyone to know that this cottage in the forest at Pine mountain Calloway resort and lodge is wonderful. Our is equipped with a nice fireplace, ice maker, two bedrooms, den, 2 full bathrooms, full, equipped kitchen, outdoor deck. Also, the piedmont restaurant is delicious but pricey.

I stayed there for a conference and it was a great experience. Our room was fresh and welcoming. It had a balcony facing the woods that was a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The food served during the conference and in both restaurants was excellent. I found Casons Tap Room to be the better restaurant choice for me based on both the menu and price. The server told us they had changed the menus the day we arrived and there seemed to be less overlap between the two restaurants' menus than I had seen on the online menus. The spaces used for the conference were nicely designed and comfortable though some people found it a bit chilly. I didn't take advantage of any spa services so I cannot speak to those.
