The room we stayed in was very nice and a good size too. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. However, the one thing you want when you go away is a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. Don't stay here if you want that -- the bed in our room was awful, and I suspect the other rooms are probably similar. The mattress was lumpy, super soft, and all worn out, something that should have been replaced 5-10 years ago. I asked the manager to contact me, and I left the message with two separate receptionists, who said the manager would call me. Guess what? He never did. I even said what it was about, but he never called me. I would have stayed here again if they were going to update the bed, but since I doubt they will, I won't stay again. I recommend that if you book this place, you ar

Rooms would need renovation. Nobody picks up phone. Return calls a day later. Beds super soft. Cheap window blinds. Parking cumbersome because 15 loading rule not enforced.

We booked this Inn based on the glowing reviews. Big mistake. I would compare this place to Motel 6 and that’s being generous. The room was small, the rug had huge stains and reeked of Lysol and the smell was overwhelming. The only outlet was behind the bed and not easily accessible. There’s very little parking which was extremely tight.||Upon arrival we asked for another room but they were apparently sold out. Since we only had an hour to get to my daughter’s wedding rehearsal we were stuck. We asked if we could just stay one night and they said leave now or pay for the full two nights. We left the following morning loosing a nights booking.||I’m convinced these glowing reviews were from shills. I’m curious to see if this review even gets posted. Going forward we will only stay at

Look, the rooms worked great for my family of four and the beds were extremely comfy. Is it a 5 star resort? No. But the room and amenities were all clean and well-kept, the area was safe and quiet, the pool was clean and had its own towels available for use, and we had no issues at all. Overall, the property is pretty dated, but for a 3 night stay we really enjoyed ourselves and didn't need anything fancy. Great place for a family!

Within minutes of Long Sands on foot if you don't bring too much gear. Parking on site can be a huge benefit (and free) if you can manage without a vehicle. The Inn gets a bit noisy in the am if you're a light sleeper but on the plus side, most guests tend to honor the 10pm quiet time.
