Off season stay. Check-in was across the street with a nice lady. Room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and perfume. Dusty (again off-season) coffee maker and only had 1 regular pod but 3 decaf. TV was wonky and I couldn't turn it off with the remote. Lots of little signs and instructions with threats of fees, including $20 fee for lost key (they were cheap regular keycards, not traditional keys). Weird "The Rag" for cleaning stuff. Quiet.

Overall nice motel with plenty of room. We had a room with two queen beds. Clean. Staff was friendly and checked to make sure everything was fine. A little old and some mold in grout around shower. Convenient location on main road on north end of Panguitch. We recommend staying here than the overpriced locations near Bryce Canyon.

There was no heat in our room. Just a tiny wall heater. It was freezing and snowing 20 degrees Fahrenheit . Owner pretended he didn’t speak English at check in. At check out he refused to give a refund and spoke perfect English. Don’t be Fooled. Room #10 has no heat. His office is nice and toasty. Sleep there. |There are signs of everywhere of what you can not do and the charges you will have. It is a Trashy hotel. Shower was disgusting . He knew there was no heat and still gave us that room. We were the only guests. Do not stay here!!

First of all, our hotel host, Chris, was the most friendly and provided us with exceptional customer service. The room surprised us! Very spacious with 3 beds, clean and comfortable. Extremely affordable and actually, a great deal for what we got. They have an outdoor area where we where able to cook our breakfast with our stove. Inside the room we had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Walkable to downtown where you can find a few restaurants. Absolutely will stay there again if visiting Bryce Canyon or on my way to other nearby destinations
