Pro: -completely virtual. They text back quickly. -low prices. -good location Con: -my code didn’t work for my room and had to wait while they fixed it remotely. -random black hair count: 6 (including one in a water cup -floors were very dirty and my white socks where very brown and dirty after only being there 30 minutes. -thought the hot water was broken because it was only hot for 4 minutes in the shower. I think the hot and cold are just switched and it takes a long time to heat up. -there was no body wash and when I told them it was empty they said I could go into the vacant room next door and get some lol :l -the bed is on wheels with no headboard so it just kinda rolled around when I moved on the bed. I’ll also add that the doors are keyless entry and you use a personalized code b

The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet and the location can't be beat. I also felt safe staying here as a solo traveller.||Now the cons - ROKU TV that requires using your own subscription services; no local TV or cable services provided. I prefer firm bedding, but the beds in this place are the extreme - hard as the limestone cliffs of the Grand Staircase Escalante.

Cute and modern decorations. Well kept room in good repair. Nice sheets and bedding. Loved that it had three beds, two queens and a king, with a couch and two tvs. Very comfortable and we would book again.

The place is perfect to visit Bryce Canyon, just half an hour drive from the visitor center through the astonishing UT-12. All automatic, check-in, keys, check-out (just close the door and done). Closed to supermarket (Family Dollar) and restaurants (desert grill, cowboy's smokehouse,...). The building is new and quite, with free parking. Rooms are big, very well furnished in a cowboy style, super clean, powerful heating and conditioning. There is a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, tv set. If you would need something you can write a message to the guest services and they will reply you right away. You are well informed on your staying since the very beginning helping with your booking with clear instructions. All good and very suggested.

Exactly what it describes. Simple clean motel room. No frills, but the heated fan option in the bathroom was a surprising bonus, esp since we had rainy, cool weather. Dried out our clothes and gear pretty well. No front desk - 100% remote - but to their credit, someone picked up quickly when we called with a question. Great place if you don't mind a little longer drive to Bryce and don't want to pay national park gouging prices for lodging.
