The Jeffreys Hotel Extended Stay

It was a total nightmare! As soon as we pulled up we were horrified. The outside of the building was completely trashed. Everything was dirty and falling apart and there were people surrounding the building drinking and smoking that looked homeless and not so safe. When we went into the office the girl at the front desk said she couldn’t check us in and had us call a phone number. We sat on hold for 5 minutes waiting to be checked in and then got disconnected. So the girl at the front desk called the owner on speaker phone. The owner immediately had a bad attitude and was rude (didn’t realize we were able to hear her). She tried to charge us more than we were quoted and when I told her that she started screaming at me. I told her that I didn’t feel safe staying there and she refuse

STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM HERE. IT WAS THE MOST NASTY PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. You'd be better off sleeping outside on the ground. It would at least be cleaner then it was inside this place.

Owner, GM are very polite, respectful & BUSY ladies. Had a slight problem after checking in with the fridge & A/C unit BUT maintenance had BRAND new of both units installed very promptly & very courteous as well as reassuring us if ANY other problems occur not hesitate on putting in another service call! Thanks again!

The Jeffreys Hotel is an amazing place to stay! the owners are friendly and understanding. The Management is fantastic and he will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. They keep the rooms very clean and well maintained. There is a big yard for our kids to play in as well. It is also pet friendly which is a big plus when it comes to those of us with fur-babies. I would recommend staying here to everyone that needs a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay for any amount of time. We've been staying here for a few months now and I DO NOT have one single bad thing to say about our stay.
