Hotel staff is awful, coming in late from the Holidays (a funeral) needed somewhere to stay before continuing our journey south. Arrived late due to weather (0500), asked for late check-out. “Karen” at the front desk denied that and told us and our children it was our fault to not plan accordingly and late checkout was not an option. Beating on the doors telling us to “get out” @ 10:30 and refusing to work with us even tho online they were mostly vacant w/plenty of available rooms (4 other cars in the lot @ the time of our stay). Had several conversations with them about it. We were told “ No one gets special treatment, even if they think they deserve it”. Will never waste our money here again. This hotel makes Motel 6 seem 4 star. Do yourself a favor and skip this one!!!

The location is great. Easy access from freeway. Near retail store, couple of food joints, and gas station yet the huge grassy lot provides a quiet, peaceful oasis. Be aware there is not an elevator to the 2nd floor rooms. Our room was super clean and spacious. Bed was comfy too. This was our 2nd stay and we hope to go back again.

Positive: "" Negative: Everything is pretty outdated and in need of a facelift. There is NO ELEVATOR!!!! I was given a room on the second floor and I had to drag my suitcase up the stairs which was almost impossible for me since I'm OLD (77 years), with back and leg issues.

Stayed 8/18/2025. Room was nice. Easy access to freeway and restaurants. 3 things could have been better: 1. Jets not working in hot tub. Pool was nice though. 2. Pop machine on first floor works but pop was warm, almost hot! I told the receptionist about it and she apologized, and said they were hoping to get someone to fix it. No refund offered. I paid $2.60 for hot pop. I told her they should put a sign on it or unplug it. No action taken. 3. Normally the breakfast at Americinn is pretty good, but the waffles and eggs had an off taste, and the gravy and biscuits were cold. These items should be easy to address by the management.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, comfortable beds. Large pool area neat and clean. Excellent breakfast well maintained area. On our list of "stay at again" hotels.
