The Inn on the River Pigeon Forge

This is by far the best experience in Pigeon Forge if you're looking somewhere to stay. Not only do they not nickle and dime for you every single thing. But the rooms are extremely clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the amenities are awesome. We had a free breakfast every morning and popcorn at night, which my kids loved. They are within walking distance of great restaurants, attractions, and sights to see. Walking along the river was a beautiful experience. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive as well. I'm definitely going to be coming back here each time we go to Pigeon Forge for the foreseeable future. If you want to go to Gatlinburg too, it is only a quick 15-20 minute drive. My family and I had a great time here.

The Inn on the River is located in the middle of everything. The atmosphere of the Inn is inviting, and the decor fits its name. The staff are always polite and helpful. Our Check-In was great. We were able to get into our room earlier than expected which was nice. Our room smelled and looked clean. All of the room amenities were just right. We needed a little extra service for towels and toiletries which were received in a timely manner. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The breakfast each morning was hot and well supplied.

I've traveled for work and for vacations for many years and I will say of the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in this has been my favorite place. The rooms are awesome,they are clean and very comfortable. I would recommend one on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the river. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas and in superb location. The breakfast was bussin and the bear on the waffles was a really nice touch. Tge staff are very well mannered and super friendly and attentive. I tell everyone now that if you're going to Gatlinburg then this is the place to stay. Can't say enough good things about this place.

The room was beautiful, although it needs a deep cleaning. The fireplace was beautiful. The bed was comfy. Many many wonderful things about the room. My husband brought me there for a little getaway for our anniversary, and my young granddaughter was killed in a car accident so we took the little break. Among other things, we brought two pairs of earbuds. One pair being expensive. I left some items in the room on the counter on accident. I called a couple hours later. And they said yes, we have your stuff set aside, but there was only one cheap pair of earbuds left. It was just very frustrating to end the trip that way among everything else that had been going on. But Pigeon Forge was amazing. There are so many wonderful things to do there. And so fun for young people.
