The Inn on 3rd Ave

My husband stayed here for work. I just could believe how great this place was for the price. The room was clean and remodeled, it had some really cute, obvious womanly touches that set this "Inn" apart from most others. I am in the hospitality industry at hilton, and we will make sure he stays only here when working away from home. The shower was awesome, and service literally a top score. Thank you inn on 3rd for being a good Lil home.

We were pleasantly surprised starting from check in to check out. The facility was clean and in great shape. It was obvious that the manager (not the owner) took great personal pride in his operation. The rooms were spotless, linen was clean, beds were comfortable. He explained how he managed the hotel from up grading room to keeping the outside looking good. If I ever need to stay in Moses lake agaIn this is the place I’ll stay

Cindy who checked us in was lovely & most accommodating. Room was large & a/c working. Beds and linens are good quality. We had a slow flow toilet and when we walked around barefoot in the room, the soles of our feet became totally black. Seems as though the room has not been mopped in several weeks. There's a nice complimentary snack bar in the lobby with bottled water, microwave popcorn, chips & granola bars. This is a very nice touch. In our room complimentary coffee, microwave & mini fridge are all pluses when away from home.

Right from the time of check in to the time of check out the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. My husband and I both have bad backs and i woke up just like I was in my bed at home. The room was clean and felt like it was two rooms the way the bed were layed out. I was so glad that we decided to try something different this trip. Best stay in have ever had.

One star only because no stars was not an option. It will make you long for the days of a futon in a dorm room. I’m no stranger to cheap motels and most serve their temporary purpose but this was a real s*** show at best. We were charged twice for the room, once in online booking. When we paid at the desk they charged the tax twice. We were promised a continental breakfast starting at 10 when the office opens. By noon no one had showed up and knocking or ringing the doorbell were to no avail. The room is a tiny cinder block and broken window latch affair. Someone had clearly tried to pry open the door to our room at some prior date. The shower is charitably referred to as “one person”.
