The Inn At WinStar

I wasn't pleased with our room. We're not smokers and we were placed in a smoking room because that's all that was available. It smelled disgusting. The nasty cigarette odor was nauseating. We tried to stay at the casino as long as we could do that we only use the hotel room to sleep because of the stench. The sofa looked dingy and the hotel is in need of upgrading. I wouldn't stay there again unless the non smoking floor looks way different and doesn't smell of cigarette.

We decided to stay here to see a concert at Winstar. Lucky I didn’t wash my hair because the hair dryer didn’t work and they didn’t have any spares. Plus upon check in there was no TV because we were told fish or spectrum was working in the problem which was never fixed during our entire stay! This place is a joke!

Pretty good room close to the casino. King size room offers a comfy bed, sleepy sofa, wet bar, mini fridge, and decent sized tv. Mini fridge didn’t work too well and the a/c started making a noise in the middle of the night making it hard to sleep. The shuttle is not the best. It will take you to the casino but the times are hard to predict. Leaving the casino on the shuttle back to the hotel is a different story. It takes you on a huge loop to another casino, truck stop, and camp ground before you return to the hotel. A $10 Uber on the way back to the hotel is well worth it if you don’t want to wait on the trip back. Overall good stay. Staff is super friendly. No breakfast, only coffee.

What a great place! Welcoming to pets, inexpensive during midweek. Very clean! I noticed how clean immediately upon entering and it smelled clean too! Also, they have regular shuttles to the casino and back. 👍👍 Not too far from Tucker Tower and the history museum in Ardmore and the beach at Lake Murray State Park.
