Best Western Red River Inn & Suites

We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean, from our room to the common areas, which we really appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful—it truly made the stay even better. The free breakfast was a nice bonus with a great variety of options, and the breakfast area itself was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for anyone planning a trip to Winstar Casino, especially if you don’t have a complimentary weekend stay. It’s convenient, comfortable, and a great value. We would definitely stay here again.

this is the second time and the last time I will stay at this hotel. both times I've come in here the breakfast staff are hollering and screaming telling people not to come back complaining about having to put food out and just rude all around I've never seen anything like it it completely ruined my breakfast and really the rest of my morning. they threatened to call the police on some poor soul came in and ate a little bit of breakfast probably didn't have a room there and was probably homeless but they were so completely rude trying to shame him in front of everybody it's really disgusting. and then talking bad about him to everybody else in the breakfast room after the guy left. they need to find a new staff. the room was okay it was clean for the most part lady at the front desk was f

Positive: Location was great for our purposes. Breakfast was above average with fresh biscuits and a change up from scrambled eggs every day. Negative: Bad odor in hallways and elevator, water that was too soft along with towels that weren't absorbent left an oily feeling on skin while air drying, and a door that didn't always close without slamming it shut.

Location and staff were great. Our room was nice and clean, but the air conditioning unit was so loud that it woke us up several times throughout the night.
