The Inn At Tree City, BW Signature Collection

GREAT VALUE. GREAT PEOPLE....|My wife and i are retired Road Warriors.|This was a pleasant suprise and exceeded our expectations.|Rooms cleaned and updated. Staff outstanding. All of needed amenities provided. The Cafe and Coffee bar is great. Lounge is warm and inviting. Location was central to our needs. Minimal noise from traffic. Warm and inclusive atmosphere and vibe.

This property is amazing. The location is close to shopping and cute eatery's. The staff is incredible, the bar is fun and the drinks were nicely made. The rooms are clean and expertly updated. Breakfast is complimentary, very good and the coffee is actually tasty! When we talked with the General Manager Kevel, he was in the midst of putting in an elevator. He even gave us polo shirts with the hotel logo! We had a group of about 30 for my daughters wedding and everyone raved about this cute hotel. I would highly recommend!

I stayed here for one night for work. I see the vision but there are still some issues. The room itself was decent. Decor is cool, room is basic, walls def need to be cleaned. My biggest issue was that the rooms have those adjoining doors and mine would not latch at the top. I had to get up on a chair and do some serious maneuvering. Additionally, the outer (entrance) door to that room was literally open. There was no way I was leaving it open for any stranger to walk in and have access to the internal door so I gave a light knock and pushed the door open enough to see the room looked empty and bed made even though there was a light on towards the bathroom - I went ahead and pulled the door shut for my own peace of mind but hopefully housekeeping just forgot to pull it closed.

Positive: The price was affordable, especially since the reservation was made just days prior. Negative: Its not that I didnt like anything but I would suggest that the staff wear shirts or uniforms to establish who works there. I wasn't sure who I had to speak to initially because I wasn't greeted by someone who I could identify as staff.

Nice hotel centrally located and close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Large, comfortable rooms. Street traffic can get a bit loud, but it’s not all night like would be in a big city. The breakfast leaves a bit to desire, but the coffee is good. Staff are very friendly?
