Hampton Inn McMinnville

Been trying to get reservations for months for a up coming wedding and was their reservation system doesn’t work. Showed up in town to check things out and was able to rent a room for that night. I was told if you call directly then we can get a room. I got the managers contact information and got the following response (see attached photo) which is basically find something else since we don’t know when our system will be running! Definitely not a way to run a hotel! We were wanting to book 9 rooms. Hotel is nice and clean, staff was nice but crazy the business they are losing

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was good & quiet location. Check in and out were easy. Breakfast could have been better. The attendant was great about cleaning and keeping it looking nice. Not a big selection, biscuits were hard & cold. Mexican pre made eggs, those don’t agree with my stomach. Sausage, potatoes and a couple of other things. Waffle maker. It’s better than nothing I guess. Not a whole lot around hotel. Need to go down a little ways to find some stores & food locations.

My family and I stayed here while in town. Rooms were super clean, the breakfast was outstanding and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We didn't get charged the correct rate at first but a girl on 2nd shift named Autumn helped me get everything fixed and had my account refunded in seconds. She was such a sweet person and so very helpful.

We live out of state but have a lot of family in the area. We’ve stayed at this hotel at least 3 times since they opened and it’s always been great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, and the location is perfect for us. Nicest hotel in the McMinnville area by far.

Have stayed multiple times at this location. Normally no issues. However since fall of 2025, have not been able to book through Hilton website or app, but can call to book. Don't get points doing this. Management says they don't know when the "system" will be back up and running. Very inconvenient.
