The Inn At Suncadia

Very disappointed with the quality of the rooms and the customer service during the Thanksgiving season. It felt like they didn’t care about their guests at all. The room was dusty, the walls were dirty, and there were broken baseboard pieces. Not the experience I expected. For the price we pay to stay here, I would expect comfortable pillows and decent mattresses. Unfortunately, we could barely sleep; the bed felt like sleeping on a rock.

Great room. We enjoyed our stay. Inn is on top of the Prospector pro shop. Nice restaurant and bar. Spectacular views. Guests have access to the pool and fitness center, but you have to walk or drive to get there - short distance, maybe a quarter to a half mile. Facilities there are extensive, but know that it is not at the Inn. Website portal dropped my reservation and had to call, with Hyatt offshoring and a 45-minute wait, to confirm reservation.

This place is heaven and outside of the bar noise being very loud due to the open concept, it was perfect. Would absolutely return again! Be sure to book a room overlooking the golf course, the view from our patio was stunning.

Definitely a high end resort. Lots of activities, even more if it's in a nice season. Threw axes for the first time, pretty awesome. Excellent service, rooms were clean, shower and bathtub were cool. We got some snow which was cool. A bit above our pay grade but awesome spot.

Update: Resort Manager Mo was really helpful and understood our concerns, also helped us check out even a day earlier since we were not happy about the overall experience. Adding a star for all other amenities (Hot tub, heated pool) we were able to use which were great ******************** We booked the Inn at Suncadia for my wife’s birthday in September 2021.
