Best Western Snowcap Lodge

The location is situated right at the town's entrance, having a distance from the downtown area, but it's not a problem since it's only about 5 minutes driving. The location is still can be described as convenience since it's right next to Safeway, gas station, and couple of chain restaurants. The hotel does not have an elevator, but given that it's only 2 floors, you can do a short walk up the stairs. The room is spacious and clean. It has everything a hotel room needs, although during my stay, it was quite rowdy and had some noise down the hallway. Not a big deal, still a good hotel.

We loved our stay here! We travel a lot between Eastern and Western Washington, and this has been, by far, the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The front desk folks were warm and inviting. The check in process was smooth. When we entered our room, we immediately noticed how clean everything was and the scent of fresh linens. Our room was stocked well and it was personalized. We were able to order pizza via delivery so even though there was not a restaurant on site we still found convenience. The pool area was comfortable, and the temperature of the water was great. The property is centrally located near restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Well, done team.

Clean and bright room with really the best flavored coffee pods we have ever had in a hotel room . Super friendly staff at the desk. Fresh berries at the breakfast bar was a special treat. No eggs and no yogurt. Breakfast burritos were offered.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Snowcap Lodge, and it was a fantastic, affordable spot to spend the night. Seriously impressed with this place! ​First off, the staff was awesome. It didn't matter if it was day or night—everyone at the front desk was super friendly, helpful, and had a genuine smile. That 24-hour service really makes a difference. ​The room was sparkling clean, which is always a top priority, and the bed was comfortable. You can tell they take pride in keeping the whole property well-maintained. ​Finally, the breakfast was way better than standard hotel fare. If you're looking for a spot to hole up at a decent price and to participate in sledding/snow play, look no further! I'm not a Besf Western guy, but these guys were great. Alexis did an awesome job helping out with anything that was needed. My only complaint is that my 6 year old said the sofa bed wasn't comfortable (she wasn't wrong considering one of the springs had sprung that went across. Delicious cookies nightly, hot tub and heated pool, and a great full breakfast.
