Eagle Valley Campground

Booking online was very easy. I always appreciate a photo of the site when booking. Check in was equally easy and convenient. The site was a large, flat dirt site with enough trees for privacy but not too many to inhibit the satellite. Water and electric were place conveniently so we didn’t have to pull out the longer cords and hoses. The bathrooms were nice, love the high pressure shower. Could use a little more elbow grease in cleaning but that’s why I use shower shoes. I also appreciated the ledge for glasses and ample hooks for clothes and towel. They have other amenities that we didn’t use. The biggest negative thing I have to say is that the highway noise is loud and goes on all night. It may be different in the back of the park.

Pros: Secluded spots, thick shade trees, some sites have private picnic shelters, numerous sani-cans throughout so you may basically end up with your own private potty, the cutest putt-putt golf course, big playground, very low rates. ||Cons: The noise! I-90 is so close it’s a constant roar interrupted every once in a while by the sound of jake brakes, the street location - it’s a bit of a drive back and around to get in but you still end up right next to the freeway. (Hint: when heading west from the campground double-check the route google maps gives you. Ours led us down a very small back road with a hairpin turn to get back to the freeway.)

We were looking for a reasonable priced place for a quick trip in our toy hauler. We had some long overdue maintenance work we needed to get done so we were not looking for anything fancy. This place was perfect. It is easy to get to from downtown Cle Elum and has a lot of spots to choose from. We came midweek so reserving a spot was no problem a couple of days out. The spots themselves range from open grass to nestled in the trees. Our spot was grass but next time we will try to get something in the trees. When we went to the office, the gal at the desk was super friendly and helpful. She gave us insider tips on the best spots to stay next time we come back. I am knocking off one star due to the constant freeway noise. The property butts up to I-90 so the noise never dies down. It's not

The "pull off rest area" off the freeway is very clean no trash laying around at all, bathrooms are kept clean.well lit at night.

Awesome camping 🏕 Hosts are absolutely amazing and great! We are going back next month! Have hot showers and Awesome people! Thank you Bob and Michelle looking forward to the ride!
