Just about givin up on a decent place to stay in this psychotic city until I stumbled on this place. Prices are quite reasonable, multiple food options on site (quite good), bar on site with friendly staff. Pool looked amazing but too cold to swim this time of year. Room was very nice and clean. Felt very safe especially after I stayed at the crack inn last week. If you're going to stay in this town you should really give this place a try. I've been very pleased so far.
Loved staying here on a cross country trip. My son said it was his favorite hotel out of everywhere we stayed for 2 weeks. The decor is hip and stylish, and it was clean. Bed super comfy. Plenty of places to sit, work on laptops, and store stuff. The pool area looked really chill and relaxing, although pool was closed for winter. There is a little crystal shop in the same complex, and a great restaurant right across the street. All of the employees we met were nice and helpful. Free laundry was a big plus!
This is the MOST ADORABLE motel ever! The rooms are so clean and the furnishing is super cute retro themed. It has everything you could need and more (the rooms even have real plants!)! It’s also very environmentally friendly, offering coffee mugs, water glasses, and metal water bottles to use during your stay. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
The in-laws stayed a night - so cute! Rooms thoughtfully designed and very clean. The food hall is excellent! We had Venezuelan food: cachapa, breakfast with stewed shredded beef, arepas, and fried plantains. All was fantastic! And the coffee shop was so cool and retro! Highly recommended!
Lovely front desk staff, convenient restaurant options on site, and adorable + comfy rooms! I’m very glad I did my due diligence to research a great option for my stay during a cross country drive. It’s located very close to the highway which is convenient for travelers like myself. I was worried about parking, but was able to park my car directly by my room as well. I highly recommend The Imperial for anyone considering a stay in NM!
