The Hotel Saratoga, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Having a suite was great for our ski trip. We brought back takeout most nights and were able to use the microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen table to conveniently eat our meals. Front desk and housekeeping was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

We were in the area visiting family and decided to stay at the Hotel Saratoga. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it's near restaurants and very close to the casino and Racetrack. The staff was really nice, and there is a bar in the lobby that serves beer, wine, and spiked seltzers. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms needed some attention. There was some mildew in the shower that came off with a thorough cleaning. This hotel has a nice pool, which is open seasonally. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO NOT GET REFUNDED. I had stayed at this hotel a total of 2 days, paying separately for both days. I was explained that there is a $50 deposit fee that gets returned after 3-5 business days. It’s been more than those said days with no return. As well as the next day they didn’t give me a key without charging me AGAIN in the lobby for a booking that I paid online already. I am missing $100+ total and the place will not give answers to why.

The staff was extremely welcoming when we arrived. The hotel and our room were clean and well-kempt. Our room was quiet with very little hallway noise throughout the night. Breakfast was wonderful both days and the woman who oversees the breakfast was quick to refill foods and kept the area and all of the tables tidy at all times.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and warm. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and kind — her attitude really made the stay even better. Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
