The Hotel Hot Springs

The service was amazing, and the close parking (included) was awesome. You can even pay $20 for valet, if you choose. The parking lot is gravel, but it's pretty smooth. The room was really nice and beautiful. Having only one night stand was a little strange. I use a CPAP so I had to take it, but my girlfriend had to charge her phone on the arm of the chair pulled close. Also, the mattress was very hard, so hard I actually woke up with a stiff back.

Positive: The hotel and room were both nice. Negative: There was. A blood stain on the sheet, we did not see this until we were about to check out.

Great experience from check in to check out. Room was spacious and clean. There is numerous EV chargers in the top level of their parking garage. We received two vouchers for free drinks we to advantage of before our dinner reservations. Restaurant staff was so nice and helpful. Will stay here during our next trip to Hot Springs

We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location as we explored the town of Hot Springs and hiked Hot Springs National Park. The people at the hotel were so friendly. Our room had a beautiful view of the town. It was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Also, valet services were only $20 a day. I don't think I've ever seen a valet service that inexpensive. Check out time was noon, and that truly working our favor. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely stay with them.

The customer service is fantastic; they accommodated my request for a high-floor room. I had a beautiful city view from the 14th floor! The room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect as it is within easy walking distance to all the shops and attractions downtown. It is an incredible value for the price, and I truly got my money’s worth through the great service and convenient setting! 👌
