I travel for work and stayed here for two separate weeks. This was one of the most memorable hotels I stayed in, in the 3.5 years of my job. Very well kept and nicely decorated, friendly staff, plenty to eat nearby. The bike rental was nice and the place across the street that you get your breakfast ticket at was very cute as well.
Excellent from start to finish. Friendly staff. Great room. Windows everywhere. Fantastic location. Shuttle to casino. Free parking. Great restaurant across the street. Loved it. Will be back. Room upgraded without request. Spotless. Every staff member went above and beyond.
We were in town for a concert and select this hotel. Chris did an awesome job checking us in, providing us with an upgrade, and showing us to our room. It was very roomy, clean, and relaxing. Hotel provide shuttle service to the concert location. Brooke provided us with brochures on what to do in the area. Will definitely stay here again.
I really liked this hotel and it's employees from my first stay last year. But today they went above what is expected! Today they provided much needed bottled water due to a citywide "boil water" warning. We appreciate the thoughtfulness!
Our second visit and it is fabulous! Spotless and amazing service. We love room layout. The location is safe and secure with a wonderful coffee shop across the street
