Caesars Virginia - A Caesars Rewards Destination

The casino could have a non smoking section. If you are a non smoker the smoke is overwhelming. There is no one coming around asking you or bringing water around. When we ask the host about this she stated they don't offer this. This is the first casino that I have been in that does not offer this. The rooms are remarkable.there could be improvements on the food choices. To be honest we ate at Ramseys the food was not good for the price. You have to pay for each item and it too expensive. The slot machines didn't pay out. To sum it up .. I will not return to Caesar's in Danville Va. I will drive the 4 hours to Cherokee.

It's hard to imagine a worse experience than a casino that is literally detrimental to your health. How is it possible in 2025 that smoking throughout the casino is allowed? My clothes stink of stale tobacco and I'm left wondering how much damage I did to my health today? C'mon on Caesars you can do better, you owe it to your employees and guests.

My friend and I have visited this casino several times over the past months. We’ve consistently used the same forms of identification to enter. On March 7th, we presented our IDs, and I was allowed to enter while my friend was denied. The security guard and manager insisted that the picture on my friend’s ID didn’t match him. They scrutinized the photo and his face. The photo was taken in 2021, and he even showed them his credit card with his full name on it. Despite this, they still refused to let him in. This incident was clearly a sign-in disguise. Every time we visit this casino, we end up losing money. We’ve never won and always leave empty-handed. This experience served as a clear indication that we should stop wasting our money here. So thank you for that! We will not be returning.

Exceptionally nice room; all new furnishings and very clean. Bathroom has deep tub and spacious shower plus emenities. Downside: Bring you own pillow fo sleep. Those provided are overstuffed and nearly impossible to use. Ended up rolling a towel to sleep with. Lobby area has nowhere for elderly or disabled individuals to sit /rest. Wonderful areas to gather but no seating unless you are on the casino. Food is average at best. Tried 3 different eateries and was less than impressed in all cases.
