The Grand Treehouse Resort

Booking was seamless with Chris. Close enough to downtown Eureka Springs, but secluded enough to feel like you could disconnect. Chris checked in once we arrived and then asked the next day if there was anything that they needed to supply to us that we were possibly missing. The personal touch was not missed. My husband and I truly enjoyed this trip and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very disappointed. I booked a room and received confirmation only to be told that I had to book a second night to keep the reservation. I understand policies but I shouldn’t have been allowed to book a single night if that goes against the policy. I spoke with a very apathetic person who was not very understanding or appreciative of the inconvenience that this caused and he simply told me “too bad”. If this is the type of service I was paying $200 a night for I’m glad I won’t be staying there. We will be choosing one of the many other options in Eureka in the future that will appreciate our business.||Response from the owner: |Im very disappointed in YOU!!! This was our first time staying here and the overall experience was great! The Treehouse was clean and had everything that you need for your stay. They are private from your neighbors. The only little down side is you can hear a little bit of the road traffic. It is super close to Main Street and super quick access to the main road. Would stay again

We just spent 4 days at The Grand Treehouse and loved every minute of it! Our treehouse was so cute and very clean, and the secluded nature of the resort made for a very quiet, enjoyable stay. We also took advantage of the on site massage therapist and she was wonderful!

My husband an I just needed a few days away, and I'm so thankful we found this place! If your wanting a bit secluded an quiet this is the place for you! We stayed in the Chalet and it was spotless clean, comfy bed with a perfect amount of pillows, very good complimentary coffee, deer came right up to our deck! Definitely making this our 1st choice to stay at when we go back.
