I’ve stayed here multiple times. Winter and summer months. The winter is nice and warm with the baseboard heaters. The summer months can be kept cool with box and ceiling fans. There are some flies but that is to be expected with cabins. That didn’t bother me. Also the cemetery behind the cabins makes for a very peaceful stay as it’s never busy there. It’s perfect for star gazing and if you find yourself there for the balloon festival then you’re in a prime location and the balloons take off and land all around this property. It’s magical and my kids favorite place to be.

i absolutely loved my stay at this charming rustic cabin! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and immersed in nature. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had all the essentials while still maintaining that authentic, off-the-grid feel. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee on the porch surrounded by trees was pure bliss. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat, a romantic weekend, or just a break from the hustle and bustle, this cabin is the perfect escape. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Best place to stargaze. We went for the balloon fest and they literally take off right next to the cabins! Book early though as they sell out fast. You are right in nature its amazing. Super close to the national parks and tropics lake. Comfy beds! Super cute wooden cabins.

This is the perfect place if you're wanting a peaceful rest and beautiful scenery! Cabins have a rustic, cozy feel, very charming and simple. The kayaking near the cabins was fun! I loved my stay and Brent was a great host!

The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and the large bathroom with bathtub was an added bonus. We stayed during the hot air balloon festival and loved standing in the “backyard” with our kids and hot cocoa as we watched the balloons take off every morning. We enjoyed taking short drives to the Mossy Caves hiking area, sightseeing Butch Cassidy’s boyhood home, and fishing at Panguitch lake. Our kids always beg to go back every summer.
