The Garden Executive Hotel

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the housekeeping team. The rooms are cleaned very well and maintained properly. The cleaning staff clearly take their job seriously. Everything else was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I had to change rooms three times due to plumbing issues: a clogged sink, a clogged toilet, and later a clogged bathtub drain. This shows ongoing maintenance problems. However, the most serious issue is the day-shift front desk employee. She consistently communicates in a rude and irritated tone. Every interaction feels uncomfortable, as if assisting guests is an inconvenience. This is one of the more affordable hotels in the area, but the hotel isfairly outdated. The staff were really helpful and friendly at check-in, and the room was very clean. The heat didn’t work very well in my room, so I had to bundle up under blankets to get a good night’s sleep.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The Wi-Fi worked near the front desk area, but there was little to no connectivity inside my room. As someone traveling for work, reliable in-room internet is essential. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced a situation where Wi-Fi works in the lobby but not properly inside guest rooms. When I approached the front desk lady and explained that the signal clearly drops as I walk toward and enter my room, she insisted that the Wi-Fi is shared throughout the property and that there should be no difference. I stayed at Garden Executive Hotel for a business trip and overall had a very smooth experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. What really stood out was Wimdy at the front desk. He was professional, calm, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. Any question I had, he handled quickly and politely. Staff like him make a big difference. I would definitely stay here again.
