The Foxmore Lodge

We stayed at the Foxmore Lodge the night after our wedding at The Foxmore, and overall it was a great experience. The space was extremely clean, modern, and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were wonderful—very flexible, responsive, and great with communication. One of the coolest surprises was the secret stairway that leads directly from the lodge down into The Fox Den speakeasy. It was such a fun and unique touch, especially for our wedding weekend!! If you’re a couple getting married at the Foxmore, definitely treat yourself to a stay at the lodge the night of your wedding!

Highly Recommend! Foxmore Lodge in Shelbyville is a beautiful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. I stayed in a two-queen room—clean, stylish, and cozy. The common area had everything: fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, ironing station, and great coffee stations. Security was excellent, and the elevator made access easy. This building once housed the drugstore I visited with my mother as a child, so staying here was both nostalgic and special. A wonderful experience all around!

I had a wonderful stay at The Foxmore Lodge! The room was spacious, spotless, and so peaceful – the perfect place to relax. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. I stayed at the Lodge following a wedding at The Foxmore. Both venues are amazing! The bed and pillows at the Lodge were very comfortable and I loved my room. The hosts were very responsive to any help I needed. If you are staying in Shelbyville, this is the place you want to be.

Booked weeks in advance, and spent a weekend here in mid-July. Absolutely fantastic experience. Booking was easy, electronic check-in was quick. Upon entering the building I was absolutely blown away. The architecture, interior design, furniture, lighting, and everything in between were amazing. Price per night is absolutely reasonable, I felt as if it was a bargain. Overall an exceptional place to stay!
