Lithia Springs Marina

Super busy on the weekends. They rent houseboats, bass boats, kayaks, but no jet skis. Nice store with fishing gear, some clothing, hats, soft drinks, beer. Cigs are $16 so if ya smoke buy them in town! Cute little restaurant that serves frozen drinks, and food. Giant connect 4 on patio. You can feed the fish off the deck, there’s ALOT of them expecting food so it’s fun for children, and adults. There’s a big tree off the parking lot that has a deck, nice to sit in the shade and boat watch!

Rented a pontoon boat for 8 people to enjoy comfort while fishing.

Great people good customer service, and clean facility. The rental boat motors are governed heavily, and they have removed trim capability and sometimes makes it difficult to deal with more rough lake conditions. Also, it seems that the marina is more targeted towards casual boaters and less fishing as you can’t get out of a marina before premium fishing time is over meaning that you’ll be in the middle of the water at 10 o’clock trying to catch fish. Like I wrote before they are great people and I understand the restrictions on the boat, but it does add challenges

Nice Marina with a shop, restaurant and house boat rentals. The staff is always nice and helpful. The only complaint was that the restaurant stopped serving food for 30 minutes to an hour, which was the whole reason we stopped at this Marina.

Rented a pontoon for the day for us & adult kids & grandson. Super easy to deal with & informative! Even blew up our rafts for us. Got our deposit back w no issue. Left a few items on boat & they had it ready for us to pick up immediately! Great time all in all & will definitely do again!
