The Fold Hotels - Orlando / Lake Buena Vista

This resort is the best! My family and I stayed there for a week, extended to 10 days and came back for another week. The location was perfect for our Disney and Universal experiences, we had a 3 bdrm apartment that literally felt like home, we were able to park our RV in the regular parking which was unheard of in the whole Disney area (!) And the price was fantastic. My kids loved the pool and I used the gym every day. But to top it all off I want to acknowledge the amazing service of the staff that were so kind, generous and welcoming. They went above and beyond every si gle time and I especially want to mention the manager Johanna Gonzalez, Pablo and Lucia who were all amazing. What an amazing holiday. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it was new, clean, spacious, great value for money and I we would recommend to anyone. ||The pool is fantastic, the jacuzzi lovely, the gym was well equipped and the staff were absolutely brilliant. The pool is open until 11pm which is brilliant. ||The apartment was kitted out with a welcome pack, 15 towels (we were a family of 5) and toiletries.||The location is brilliant, 13 dollar Uber to Universal. Five minutes drive away from Aquatica.||Palm Parkway is full of restaurants and shops which is so handy.||We will definitely be returning.

PROS: The location is safe and quiet, and close to Disney World and Universal Studios parks, which we visited both. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to wind down and relax. We had a premium 3 bed 2 bath room, which were clean and nice. The service was decent and quick (when needing additional towels, toiletries, etc), despite not having actual room service/cleaning. The front desk/clubhouse staff were great and efficient. They allowed us early check in when our room was cleaned and prepped. CONS: When I first checked in, I was informed of a $10 dollar a day fee that applied to the hotel’s parking and entertainment amenities such as the pool and gym. The apartment was spacious with friendly support team. The downside of it is finding cockroach in the apartment with picture of the cockroach still on my phone.The apartment is not children friendly. No outside nor indoor play area for children.

This hotel was perfect for a Disney trip! So close. Reynaldo at the front desk went above and beyond helping us with an early check-in when we had a cranky baby. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Folds crew for an awesome experience! 🥳💃🏼
