The Florida Hotel & Conference Center

We had a wonderful experience at The Florida Hotel and Conference Center. I went with my family because my mother had a work conference there, but this review focuses more on the vacation side of the trip that my sister and I enjoyed. Getting into the parking lot was easy and there was plenty of space, even though it was fairly busy. The exterior of the hotel was beautiful, especially the entrance with its flowers and fountain. Check in was seamless and stress free. Our room had two beds and was very clean. We had plenty of towels and appreciated the free miniature hotel toiletries. The pool that my sister used was clean and exciting, making it a fun part of our stay. The Starbucks located on the first floor near the lobby was very convenient for breakfast, and the food was both deliciou

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. I am staying at numerous hotels and I can honestly say, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time.|The hotel is very well looked after and clean. The staff are excellent and very welcoming.|William from maintenance was very friendly, quick and efficient, Justine in reception a gem, as well as Lorena and Olexia in Marcelo's restaurant, who made me feel very welcomed and they were very professional and accommodating.|My background was hospitality management, and is refreshing to see a hotel that operates so efficiently. Well done!!

Really good and attention at front desk incredible !!

The best hotel I’ve been to in a while. The staff was beyond friendly ready to assist with any matter. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location is perfection, who doesn’t love a good shopping spree. We also received 2 free complimentary drinks at the local restaurant or Starbucks. The aesthetic is beautiful and screams Christmas. Overall I’d highly recommend staying here.

My experience at this hotel was top notch. The service from checkin to checkout was impeccable. Friendly, smiling and helpful. Saraliz and Justine were both amazing. As well as LG and others that I don't remember right now. Every single person I encountered was amazing. They were extremely helpful and my room and the entire space was comfortable and clean. I was there for a business conference and the space was great and comfortable as well. Its in the Florida mall so lots of opps for shopping and food if you don't get to leave (which I didn't much). The only downside I learned about later is the location in the OBT. We were in the hotel the entire time so I saw no personal issue with it. When I did go out and come back at 1am it was an Uber/Lyft right to and from the door. So base
