The Farmstead at Mill Spring

This place is so adorable!!! Nice and quiet area!!! Like a night out in the woods camping out but more like home at the same time! Animals are so cute! Even the barn cats! Washer and dryer room to do laundry,free of charge. Owner is very understanding and willing to work with you,very nice gentleman! Maintance man lives on property,don’t have to wait if anything goes wrong. Everyone is friendly! One big family area! Not far from Lake Lure,Columbus and the Tryon area! You want be sorry to visit!

The owners were caring and compassionate regarding a loved one’s situation and did everything to make sure she was in a comfortable and affordable situation when it came to her housing. Would definitely recommend 100x over, thank you so much

Adorable little house with a great set up!. It was a little tight as there were four of us, but my two boys absolutely loved the tiny house experience. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great opportunity to disconnect from our phones and computers, enjoy the outdoors, and have some quality family time on the farm. Our unit appeared to be professionally designed, and was well kept and homey While there, we took a drive over to Lake Lure and hiked the Rumbling Bald Trail. The Homesteaders at the Millspring Farmstead were kind and helpful, and they even brought us some delicious, fresh eggs. Although it feels remote, it is just a 5 minute drive to a grocery store and a Starbucks. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to unplug and reconnect with themselves or their loved ones!

My family's stay at The Farmstead in late September was great! We stayed in the "Tiny Cabin". The thought put behind the details in this tiny home really made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We spent our day watching the ducks, checking out the gardens, and even playing with the baby pigs! The homesteader was greatly informative with a great personality. We will definitely be staying again!

About a month or so ago we stayed at The Farmstead at Mill Spring, the brand new tiny home community that is such a wonderful place. As a whole family we spent a weekend full of adventure, fun, and relaxation there. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The tiny homes had everything we could ever ask for including towels, toiletries, kitchenware, coffee, and much more. Comfortable beds and well laid out rooms made our stay truly a bliss. As the name indicates, the tiny home community is a working farm and it was wonderful to see it in action, participating in learning about the various animals, and about all of nature’s provisions through their garden. In the evenings we enjoyed s’mores by the fire and endless night skies with brightly star studded views. Simply amazing! We love
