the Factory Hotel

We stayed for the weekend in Beacon because I was planning to propose to my girlfriend, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Alex and Lily went above and beyond to help me with the surprise. They took care of the flowers I ordered and decorated the room beautifully and with such care. The hotel itself is lovely, and we stayed in the Disco Room, which had a super fun and unique vibe. It made the whole weekend feel even more special. Highly recommended!

We stayed at The Factory Hotel for 3 nights in the Bailee Suite. The suite was a nice size and tastefully decorated. The couch was against a wall and the TV was on a side wall so you had to watch it at an angle. The guests above us were stomping, dropping heavy objects on the floor and sounded like moving furniture. This went on starting at 5 am until 11 pm. We were unable to sleep and had to cancel dinner plans cause we were exhausted. We spoke to the staff and they offered $50 off our nightly rate of $455. They never contacted the guests regarding this issue. It’s a nice property and located downtown but we will not stay here on our next visit.

Hi and giving the Factory a 4 star review. It was a modern and funky hotel very interesting. The rooms were a fair size and each one decorated like no other hotel I've ever visited. Each room was different and stylish The location is excellent on the end of Main street closest to the river. They had a fun rooftop and little garden outside the annex. Also the alarm systems work really well as it went off at 5am in the AM one night and the fire dept came quickly do don't worry about sleeping through a fire. So 4 stars means the hotel was very good. Had to carry our luggage up and down stairs as there is no elevator in the annex. No breakfast or food but coffee kcups on each floor. No napkins so bring your own. Had to hunt for parking on the street but we found them down the street s

I stayed at The Factory a few days ago and I cannot wait to go back! Such a unique and clean inn. I arrived a bit later than expected but Alex was kind and helped to accommodate me upon arrival. Meghan who works at the front desk was also very helpful and cheerful. Aside from the great staff and luxurious feel, these rooms are so unique and different from the next. If you are able to please purchase a massage package. It was great and the hot tub you get to use after is extremely relaxing. Overall I give this place a 10/10 the only con I had is that I had to leave 😩

Excellent customer service . Meghan and Alex were accommodating and professional. They made my trip to Beacon a pleasure. The rooms were spotless and the bed was one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. It is more of a Airbnb style with a hotel next to it with all the amenities. I definitely wouod stay there again .
