The hotel is all remodeled and is very new and clean. We stay in a double queen with seating area, the room was big enough for a small family (3 of us). The bed was comfortable and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub both were both so great. It does not feel dirty or gross to not want to go in at all. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We really had a good time staying in the hotel. We would definitely come back to stay in this hotel if ever come back to McCall.

I hate to leave the low review, but it is intended to grab attention. This hotel is fantastic, probably the best in town. BUT-- here's the thing. The question is "is it worth it?". Because you don't get free breakfast. You don't get even a microwave in your room. There was a couple of hairs on our pillows when we got to our room... and the heater/AC was super slow to adjust the room... so, you still have the same problems as at hotels that are $100 less, but you ALSO have to pay a lot for breakfast, and that adds up. Pay for a little less of a hotel, and your breakfast is included, and you can nuke your lunch & dinner. This hotel is gorgeous, the staff was marvelous, GREAT place to stay... but, for me it's not worth twice what you pay elsewhere. If money is no object, and you can afford t

Rooms had very modern decor, a plus. Several minuses: for the high price, breakfast should have been included. Extremely low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Shower was actually dangerous: floor became so slippery, I almost fell (I'm a hiker). No hold bar or bath mat provided. I'd stay elsewhere next time.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and overall nice Negative: There?s no complimentary breakfast which I was not a fan of, $30 bucks for a cup of coffee and a breakfast bagel for my wife and I was a bit steep after paying almost 700 dollars for three nights.

The hotel part is pretty good. The Cedar's Lounge needs some help. Room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the updated decor, the specialty lighting, and the location was good. I really enjoyed the pool & hot tub room / environment, mostly due to the stone and wood design, the low lighting, and the relatively updated nature of the pool & hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was about 6 or 8 degrees too cold. Nobody that I encountered thought it was nearly hot enough. My room was not cleaned / serviced at all during my 4 days stay. There is a note at the front desk that notifies guests that service is upon request. So, I requested service after 2 days. The girl working the front desk seemed like she didn't understand what a request for housekeeping service means, but she said I was
