The Enclave Hotel & Suites

Could be great, but the laundry situation makes it absolutely unacceptable. Large hotel and suite facility 10 floors. four washing machines and four dryers for the entire property. Stayed for a vacation with our family while visiting the local theme parks this holiday, and had to weave the property to find a place to wash our clothing. Over the course of several days we could not find even one washer or dryer open no matter what time of day or night. They were either running or had people’s things in them. Management needs to do better about making sure things are removed at end of cycle if they’re not going to provide a reasonable number of washing machines. Got air bnb here for 18 nights. Fabulous apartments in excellent location for parks. Just few mins walk to surf side hotel where busses go to all universal parks every few mins and free. This saved us a fortune on ubers. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. Safe also as you need code to enter each block. Just at top of I drive 5min walk to large mc Donald's for reference. Perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

If you stay here building 1 is in the middle (and where both pools are. We struggled to find building 3. You can tell it's an older building but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Slight ant problem and showers weren't hot were the only issues.

These sre privately owned hotels rooms- turned into condos. There is no front desk staff anymore. No security. No restaurant. We booked through an Airbnb. The rooms are decent if you can find one of those but the hotel rooms are OOOLLLDDDD. It was fine for us because of our updated room, but there was no privacy on the balcony. Literally can see inside of everyone's rooms. It's close to everything, that's why we stay. .

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The worst customer service at a reception. Strange people live in the building and marijuana use is extreme, THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS!!! . I asked to speak to the customer and he did not help me.
