I Came For The Funeral Of My Mom With My Wife and kids From Iowa. We were Very Uncomfortable ,There's One Microwave in the front foyer to heat food.(The Pool was Dirty the Whole Time)They Put Us In a back Corner Room? Bad Wifi? And When Asked Manager Sam about Linens Theres (Regular vs Favorite List ) Room Service is Non English and Non Existent ! Sam Charged us extra when we were sleep( Keep your Cards Locked) Samuel also Allows the Room Service to Clean Bathtub with Brooms. Wont let Me clean it the right way I just don't Understand It (They will call the cops if you Don't pay What They say ?(Just be happy you got a room I guess ?) MAKES ME WANT TO STAY FAR AWAY! I booked a room for my wife and teenage daughters. We truly expected more of a 3 star Radisson Hotel. It was nothing like the advertised photos. They were assighed a room on a wing on the edge if the property. They did not feel safe as there was an abandoned van with broken windows in that parking lot. Their room was dated and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was a foul smell in the room as if it used to be a smoking room. They advertised free continental breakfast but it was not available. We will never book a stay at this property again.

No microwaves in the room and the community microwaves were far from the room I was in and not large enough to hold a 20 Oz coffee cup to heat it up. Restaurant on site, and they offer take out yet no menus in the rooms... why not? All the carpet in the I wing is ripped in the hallways. Curtains in the rooms are ripped. Toilet doesn't flush properly. There are no items in the vending machines. The ice maker makes a loud humming noise and leaks water. This hotel needs to be updated badly.

The hotel is quite outdated but it was clean. I mean I booked a room for $71 on Expedia and it was definitely a $71 room. The heater sounded like a 57 chevy with a bad muffler. The king size bed had 5 small pillows (about the size of sofa throw pillows and not the extra large ones). The pillows were not comfortable and neither was the bed. But what can you expect for $71/night. Was told it was going to become a Radison hotel next week...I hope the Raddison brand updates this facility.

Late night drive and arrived after 3am only to have housekeeping bang on my door at 8:10 am this morning wanting to clean my room. If you think this will be a nice hotel because it has the name Radisson- then you’re mistaken. It’s not nice at all. The online photos are misleading.
