Joe is a fraud person who has not refunded 350$ even after 6 months. Biggest scammer ever. He is not responding to call/messages/email. Never stay in this place ever. Worst service.

Even after 90 days of the stay, they have not given me my deposit back. This is unacceptable. Not responding to any texts/calls.

Awwwful experience!! I can't believe people can be so fake and no sympathy and just robbing students of their money.. Heard many cases of deposits being not returned even after the involvement of police 😥 and host becomes anonymous when its time to payback the deposit.. SCAMMER ALERT ‼️🚨 don't recommend for anyone who cares about their money.

SCAM!!! This man Joe owes me $1500 and he has not payed me back. He has stopped picking my calls even though he promised me he would pay me back. On further enquiries I found out that he owes multiple people who stayed here money. The place is horrible. Do not stay here. The neighbourhood is unsafe. And the price is too expensive for this disgusting place.

A fully furnished 1 bedroom apartments, moderately furnished quality. Coin operated washer and dryer but very old fashioned. Good place but expensive to rent on daily basis. Helpful staff but no room service or keeping and no frontdesk.
