The Crystal Point Inn

Came to this hotel for a wedding and had an issue with a maintenance member not respecting the privacy of the room then when I complained was told there was nothing to be done with an attitude as if this person as the one walked in on. And female staff member giving sarcastic apologies. Waited for the manager to call me back 4 days later. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay. I felt disrespected as a customer and person. I made my feelings known and got nothing back but unkindness

We stayed at the Inn for a wedding that we were attending there. The check process was a little rough because the lady was new that she was very sweet and I apologize profusely. We got her a room and the room air conditioner was running and it smelled very Damp in there. It is by a river sale that’s part of the issue. I’m sure. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but it is in desperate need of a makeover. It could be something very spectacular given some TLC. The weddingwe attended at the adjacent yacht club was nothing less than amazing and what a venue! Gorgeous view and the food was to die for.

Very dated motel. Wall air conditioner. Not the cleanest. Hair in shower. bed cover not wrapped in sheets. slow toilet flush. Front desk personnel were quite friendly. And continental breakfast was nice. All in all would not revisit

Staff was AMAZING!! So friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and did the job. Only gave 4 starts because there is no free wifi and NO Refrigerator. We stayed overnight for a wedding at the venue. We have Verizon but could not send or receive pictures of the wedding. I had to go back to the room and grab my AT&T hot spot in order for my wife's phone to stop trying to download the incoming pictures. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a lot of options. Price was very reasonable and would stay there again now that we know what to expect. They do have an ice machine so bring a small cooler if you want cold water or other cold items in your room.

No wifi in my room. At all. No iron or ironing board. No micro or mini fridge. No coffee maker. With that being said, it’s a great location, a very reasonable rate, clean and nicely appointed accommodations. They have a continental breakfast with coffee, tea, juices, boiled eggs, grocery store baked goods, maybe yogurt and granola. Make your own waffles with high fructose corn syrup goo. Not good choices for diabetics. I do choose to stay here, but I brought a fancy dress and I can’t iron it. Good thing I have unlimited data on my phone.
