Point Pleasant Inn

This was a disappointing experience. We checked in Christmas Eve by collecting our key sans any employee presence. There was no breakfast available until the weekend, and there were very few people in the place, but someone was right above our heads! Really? Could they (or we) not have been placed a door or two down from the other? The room was fine but rather expensive considering the outdated nature of it. The people who did work there (after the holiday) were very friendly, however. That was appreciated.

Heat doesn't work. It's completely off. It doesn't work. They don't tell you. My guest just needed a place to sleep at night during visit. There is no heat and no one cleans. First room:Dirty towels in shower and No heat. Second room: shower rod broken won't stay up. HVAC is completely off. Wall unit worked, but they won't you use it to save on the electric bill. It's 37 degrees outside. This is crazy and it's over priced.

This place was horrible! There was stains all over the curtains, hair on the bathroom floor, and barely any soap to use! Its fine if you use this motel for one night but its not the best for lpng term stay. It was loud too as i could hear people from upstairs at 12 at night.

A decent place. The owner seemed nice but their pricing policy needs work. I saw the rooms were advertised for $74 per night. When I called, I was quoted $95 per night. They agreed to the $74. Circumstances required an extended stay so I called to extend…. Now they wanted $300 per night but would accept $250 for one night. The place had vacancies…. No local events to drive a price hike just greed. I chose to pass.
