The Country Inn of Berkeley Springs

Love love love. Friendly and very nice staff. They spoiled me. I loved that my room had a fireplace. Nice clean bathrooms and the bed was super comfortable. Love the location. Great amenities. The restaurant was great and bought some goodies from their store.

Positive: Location Negative: Room and property show its age. Staff was at best mildly interested in being there. Food was very subpar at their restaurant.

What a wonderful weekend getaway! We got the couples weekend getaway package. This included one night stay, a bottle of champagne a 50 minute couple massage and a 20 minute soak in the private baths. Pricing was very reasonable. Staff was wonderful, informative and kind. Rooms were clean and cute! The lobby was so inviting to just hang out in! Wonderful decor and fireplaces. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel. Not my favorite meal of the trip, but convenient and great service! Located in the heart of town RIGHT next to the springs. Everything is in walking distance. So no need for a DD! A great spot for a mid winter getaway. Definitely will be back of a girls weekend getaway.

We had always wanted to stay here and decided to come to town for the Christmas parade and the Cocoa Crawl festivities. Built in 1933, this historic gem looks quite regal particularly in the evening with the lights shinning on the red brick and white columns. We stayed in the historic section in a large queen room, with a nice bathroom that had a separate heater. The Inn oozes charm and character and was festive with Christmas trees in the lobby and a life sized Santa. The dining room and the Morgan Tavern were also decorated very nicely. We loved the fireplace in the lobby, and the adjoining room also had a fireplace roaring making it nice to get drinks and spend the evening there.|The Inn has a prime location in town and is next to the Berkeley Springs State Park that is a gem unto itsel

Great experience staying for the first time. We’ve eaten here before. The room was super clean and very large. Check in staff was phenomenal. We were early and just wanted to park so we could hit the town. Our room was ready so we were actually able to check in and get settled. Good coffee available in the lobby at all times. Had dinner in the tavern. We prefer just having a snack/appetizer and drinks here.
