Way overpriced for the quality. The first night we could hear water dripping through the wall coming from upstairs through the electric socket in the bathroom. But the biggest disappointment was I called the weekend before our trip to book and make sure they had a pool for the kids. I literally ONLY booked this place despite the high price tag because the woman assured me the pool was open. The day we got there, only six days later, the pool was completely drained and we were told they had scheduled week long repairs for the next day. Despite this, when I tried to speak to someone about it via the text “service” line, they said the pool had just broken, and was fine when we booked:/ Then they tried to “accommodate” us by saying we could use their sister hotel- hotel Albuquerque in Old Town

My husband and I had just gotten married on February 13, 2026. We were gifted one night at Clyde Hotel. The experience was absolutely amazing. Chantel provided us with excellent customer service. Since we had just gotten married Chantel upgraded our room to the Carrie suite. We were able to view Albuquerque from the 19th floor. The room was so clean and beautiful. We had a great experience and got to celebrate our first night together as husband and wife in this stunning hotel.

This was our first hotel stay in Albuquerque and it happened to be on Thanksgiving, 2025. My dear wife Sue and I were traveling to Georgia from Washington State. We were greeted graciously at the front desk by Chantel and Ashley. They were so kind. We were tired from a long drive from Las Vegas and they upgraded us spontaneously to a beautiful spacious room. Because of the kindness and thoughtfulness of these young ladies, The Clyde will always be our hotel of choice in Albuquerque. I have also seen that The Clyde is part of Heritage hotels, so we will be always looking for Heritage Hotels in the future.|Sincerely,|Jeff and Sue Wright

If this review was helpful, please make sure you leave it a like 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. The hotel is one of the historical hotels of Albuquerque. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a very decent size. However, there is a lack of light in the room, including the bathroom. When I got up to my room, it was freezing cold. I tried my best to get the heat to work but it just was not doing anything. So I had to call downstairs. They brought me up a blanket, and the maintenance engineer came up and fixed the heating problem. I was really appreciative of that. There was great hot water pressure, and these are very decent beds. They slept really well. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were great—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk felt awkward each time. When we arrived, they didn’t have the room configuration I had reserved. I had booked a double, but we were initially given a king instead. It was a bit difficult to understand what the plan was while things were being sorted out, but eventually we got it resolved. Another issue during the stay was that not all of the elevators were working, which made getting around the hotel a bit slower and more inconvenient than expected. The second interaction was when I asked about a slightly late checkout for one of the rooms, mainly so we’d have a place to keep our luggage for a short time. I only needed about 40 extra minutes, but the request was shut d
