My husband and I stayed overnight after a concert. When we checked in, we were upgraded, which was unexpected and awesome. Our room was nice, service and staff were great. The hotel could use an upgrade. While I understand they would like to keep that Renaissance look, the furniture in the lobby could use some TLC as well as the furniture in the bedrooms....a little paint hehe and there and a little stain would go a long way. Other than that... we had a great stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE!|We visited this hotel on a bus trip with soul nation for the Monica and Brandy tour. It is a very old worn down hotel. The carpet is old and it stinks! We had roaches in our room and dining area. Our bed had feces or blood on the sheets at check in and all they did was change the sheets! No sanitizing or anything. How you make a bed up completely with bodily fluid visible on the bed. We requested another room but was told they were sold out so we checked into Casesar’s which cost us more money! The food (included in the trip) was cold and nasty so we ate outside the hotel. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the elevator or walk up or down 14 flights. Some of the staff starting with the front desk was rude as well as other staff. One of my guests had some guys from another r

I usually don't take the time to write reviews as detailed as this one, but I truly love Atlantic City and also think this could be a premier hotel in a realm completely all its own with just a few minor tweaks, so I wanted to give legitimate detailed feedback. 1 - Front Desk/Check-in - These folks were awesome. I had initially booked online, and my credit card did not go through, so the system canceled on me. I frantically called the Hotel the next morning, and the woman who helped me was very patient, kind, and was able to keep and confirm my reservation. Upon arrival, the line was very long for check-in, and this was around 5 p.m. It took me about 30 minutes to even speak to someone to check-in. I'd gotten a special package, and it came with a specific room. Sadly, the room was not re

First off the rooms have terrible lighting. Our first room was we were given the wrong keys. Went to desk then gave us keys to a. Different room. That room had no hot water. Waited approximately 1 hour for someone to come turn the water on and left. He came back 20 min later and gave us keys to a new room. That rooms AC wasn’t working properly and the fan in the bathroom was not operable. I would not recommend this to a patient friend or family member. In my opinion I’d rather spend an extra 200 to stay in a better hotel. Waste of 400 dollars in my opinion. Also the pool had roaches crawling around.

We had a wonderful stay at the Claridge Hotel. We absolutely loved the historic charm of the hotel — it truly stands out from the other casino resorts on the strip. It feels quieter and more peaceful, away from the craziness of gambling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room on the 21st floor had a beautiful ocean view, which made the experience extra special. We initially booked our stay through a third-party site, but later made a last-minute reservation directly through the hotel for our daughter and discovered that booking directly was actually much cheaper — good to know for next time! The pool wasn’t open due to maintenance, but the hotel kindly removed the resort fees, which we really appreciated. Samantha at the front desk was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal wit
