This store is amazing! Its huge, with Themed rooms and every type and color of decor you need! Some things are higher in price, but you pay for quality. No cheap/chintzy ornaments, just high quality and beautiful! Its like walking into another world with the beautiful displays and music playing. Can't wait to bring the family next visit!

There is SO MUCH HERE!!!! If you can’t find the Christmas item you need or are looking for here then you probably don’t need it or it doesn’t exist. Free embroidery on stockings or hangers is very nice! The lady that does the “Santa Pen” writing for ornaments has the most beautiful hand writing I have ever come across! There is Halloween decor here as well! Nightmare before Christmas too! Wanna meet the red man himself? There’s an entire section where his chair awaits but also, Santa is hiding everywhere in the store! Be sure to stop by the sweet shop too! They had Carrot Cake, still apologize to the lady that helped us, but when you have fudge that tastes like legit cake! Just glad I didn’t get into too much trouble for letting it slip haha! Pigeon Forge is a festive atmosphere throughout the entire area during the Christmas season. Driving through you’ll notice this gift shop with snow falling from its roof playing holiday music. The store is decorated beautifully. Some of the items are a bit pricey, but it’s definitely a must see inside and out.

My favorite part of coming to Pigeon Forge - I love Christmas and easily spent over an hour here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the layout of their displays make everything easy to find, and the options available are numerous!
