The Childress Inn

Starting from the moment I pulled in and ending the moment I checked out, I felt at home. The faces of the inn, Bullet and Maggie, greeted me in the drive way and could not have been more welcoming. Once inside I was shown to my room. I was slightly disappointed that the service staff did not offer to help me with my bags, however as I am getting in shape for my wedding I relished the opportunity for physical labor. Once unpacked the surly male attendant offered me a delicious beer. He then provided a local shuttle service which I can only describe as exhilarating. Although the bus was very comfortable I learned that seatbelts were not optional as we crested a hill and I felt my tight buttocks leave the seat. What a great place to stay. Brady and Cindy are great host and the food is outstanding.
