Quality Suites Altavista - Lynchburg South

The hotel front desk said and described exactly where my room was, and then did the same thing for my sister while there was another guest (male) in the lobby! We were too tired to go find another hotel after 5 hours of driving, and there was no point in changing rooms its a small hotel would have been 2 doors over there was no seperate section to put us in. I emailed the general manager with no reply. Which really is aweful because we stayed in thos hotel before few years ago and the experience was amazing.

Staff was very friendly. My room was decently clean. And a plus if youre a smoker or just like to be alone they have gazebos for you to sit and smoke or read or just enjoy being outside.

I thought it was very nice. My room was quiet and clean; I was on the second floor. The rate was reasonable; there was nice, grassy area for walking the dog; and the breakfast was adequate. My only complaints were the TV wasn’t working and one of the people at the desk was rather snippy. However, overall, it was a nice experience and I would stay there again if I ever needed to.

Angela at the front desk is AMAZING. Very nice and eager to help with anything. She is the reason we are writing this review, to thank her for excellent job! ||This hotel is extremely cozy and stylish, lobby is all about old school elegance. Victorian-style round banquette (half round couch) surprises you as you are walking in. Same one is on a second floor as well.|Breakfast is good, free late checkout is a very nice perk. Will be there again.

The hotel is very clean. They accept pets. The ronwe had had hardwood floors so if your pet is accident prone it's a easy clean up, this also takes away any pet smell in the room so each room smells really good. The staff is absolutely fanominal they are so helpful and kind. I would absolutely stay here again. I also greatly appreciate the vending machines they have a wonderful variety including yohoos.
